What are the dimensions of the inflatable?

The manufacturer’s quoted size is approximately 3 ft x 6 ft x 6 ft. Dimensions are approximate and may be listed as deflated measurements.

What is it made of?

The quoted material is Oxford Cloth 420D. The supplier also describes the material as tear resistant, fire retardant, and UV inhibitor coated.

How much does it weigh?

Estimated weight in the quote is 24.2 lbs (11 kg).

Does it come with a blower?

Each unit includes a blower, and a drawstring storage bag for the inflatable, 4 anchoring lines, 4 sandbags, 1 repair kit, and storage bag for the 

Does it stay inflated on its own?

No. It needs the blower attached and turned on to remain inflated.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes, for display use, but it must be properly anchored and should not be used in unsafe weather conditions. You may need an extension cord for set-up location distances greater than 5' from a 3-prong outlet.

Is it safe for children to play on?

No. This is a display inflatable, not a toy or climbing structure.

Will it look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly. Handmade production, lighting, monitor settings, and material variation can all affect final appearance. The supplier also states that 3D renders may differ from the final product.

What if my inflatable arrives damaged?

Contact wagginswagco@gmail.com immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product, shipping box, and label. If the issue is shipping-related, report it within your stated claim window.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from original retail purchase, subject to the exclusions listed in the warranty policy.
