At Waggin Swag Co., we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because our products are manufactured to order or produced in limited runs, shipping timelines are longer than standard retail items. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing and Manufacturing
Orders typically require 2 to 4 weeks for manufacturing before they are ready to begin transit.
Manufacturing times are estimates only and may vary based on production schedules, inventory availability, holidays, port conditions, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Freight Transit to the United States
After manufacturing is completed, products are transported by ocean freight to the manufacturer's warehouse in Chicago, Illinois.
Ocean freight transit times are unpredictable and may be delayed due to port congestion, customs clearance, carrier scheduling, weather events, or other shipping disruptions. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date while goods are in international transit.
Domestic Shipping and Tracking
Once your order arrives at the Chicago, IL warehouse, it will be prepared for final delivery and a tracking number will be provided.
After tracking is issued, estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination and carrier selection.

Delays may occur at any stage of the process, including manufacturing, international freight movement, customs clearance, warehouse processing, and final-mile carrier delivery.
Event Deadlines
If you need your order for a specific event, promotion, launch, party, or scheduled use, please order well in advance.
We strongly recommend allowing extra time beyond the estimated production and shipping windows. Waggin Swag Co. is not responsible for delays that cause an order to arrive after a customer’s event date.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Waggin Swag Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take time to update after it is issued. Please allow carriers reasonable time to scan and move the shipment through their network.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed after tracking has been issued, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at:
