Retail Limited Warranty

At Waggin’ Swag, we stand behind the quality of our inflatable display products. This Retail Limited Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of the product and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Waggin’ Swag or an authorized retail seller.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use

  • Air leakage resulting from a manufacturing defect and not caused by puncture, tear, misuse, or improper handling

  • Defects in seams, stitching, or material failure that occur during normal use and proper setup

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Punctures, tears, cuts, abrasions, or damage caused after delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper setup, improper anchoring, or improper storage

  • Damage caused by wind, storms, severe weather, animals, fire, flooding, power surges, or other external conditions

  • Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications

  • Cosmetic issues including fading, discoloration, surface wear, wrinkling, or slight variations in color, shape, print, or finish

  • Minor differences between product photos, mockups, renderings, samples, and the final manufactured product

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, safety guidelines, or care recommendations

  • Commercial loss, lost profits, event disruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Waggin’ Swag Customer Support within the applicable warranty period and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos and, if requested, video of the product and the claimed defect

  • Photos of the blower connection, anchoring setup, and surrounding area if relevant to the claim

Waggin’ Swag reserves the right to request additional information, troubleshooting steps, or return of the product for inspection before approving any warranty claim.

Remedies

If Waggin’ Swag determines that the product has a covered defect under this warranty, Waggin’ Swag will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the product, or

  • Provide a comparable replacement product if the original product is unavailable or discontinued

Any repaired or replacement product provided under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waggin’ Swag’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Waggin’ Swag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, event interruption, or damage to other property.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Retail Limited Warranty, Waggin’ Swag disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

State Law Rights

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
